The restock fee is to pay for time and staffing of returning items that were unpaid back into inventory. Normally invoices will be sent on Saturday and then sent again either Saturday night or Sunday morning. This Is additional time and staff that I use to resend and accommodate customers, but after review, the restock fee is needed to pay for staffing and time set aside to stock inventory.
